Search by location, compare properties side by side, take a virtual tour before you visit in person, and reach out to an agent directly through live chat when you're ready to move forward. For property companies and landlords, PropertyZ is also a complete management system. From a single dashboard, companies can track tenants and leases, collect rent, manage maintenance requests, and handle land transactions — with automatic reminders sent by WhatsApp and email so nothing slips through the cracks. Each company gets its own secure, private space on the platform, with role-based access for admins, property officers, owners, and tenants. Whether you're searching for your next home, listing land for sale, or running a portfolio of rental properties, PropertyZ brings the whole process — discovery, transactions, and day-to-day management — onto one platform.

PropertyZ is a multi-tenant property management and marketplace platform serving property companies, landlords, tenants, and buyers across Uganda. Core Modules Marketplace — Browse verified apartments, houses, and titled land for rent or sale, with virtual tours, area guides, a rent calculator, and property comparison. Company Dashboard — Each subscribed property company manages its own portfolio: properties, tenancies, leases, and staff, within a private, isolated workspace. Tenant Portal — Tenants view lease details, make payments, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with property staff. Owner Portal — Property owners track their units, view payment history, and download receipts. Payments — Digital rent collection with automatic receipt generation and payment history per property. Maintenance — Tenants log issues; property companies assign technicians and track jobs to completion. Land Management — Land leases, land sales, and title/ownership verification for titled plots. Notifications — Automated rent reminders and updates delivered via WhatsApp and email. User Roles Access is role-based: Superadmin (platform-wide), Company Admin, Property Officer, Owner, and Tenant — each seeing only the tools and data relevant to their role. Getting Started New property companies sign up for a subscription plan, complete company setup, and can begin adding properties and inviting tenants immediately. How to Install & Use

- Choose your account type — property company, owner, or tenant
- Complete company registration with your business details (for property companies)
- Select a subscription plan or start your free trial
- Verify your email address to activate your account
- Log in to your dashboard
- Add your properties, units, or land parcels with photos and details
- Invite tenants, owners, or staff and assign their roles
- Set up rent schedules and payment reminders
- Start managing tenancies, payments, and maintenance requests from your dashboard
Limitations & Notes
- Currently available in select districts across Uganda, with coverage expanding over time
- Requires an internet connection to access listings and manage your dashboard
- Registration is done through a referee — self-signup is not currently available
- Some features vary depending on your account type (tenant, owner, or property company)
- Subscription plans apply for property companies after the free trial period ends
- Mobile money and supported local payment methods only
- Best experienced on the latest version of your browser or the app
