Company Policies

Bouwen Legacy Limited operates under clear policies to ensure ethical business practice, client protection, and consistent service delivery. These policies guide every engagement we undertake.

  • Client Confidentiality Policy We treat all client information — including data, system access credentials, business details, and project briefs — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent.
  • Quality Assurance Policy Every project is subject to internal quality review before delivery. We test all software and systems against agreed specifications, document our work, and provide handover support. Continuous improvement is built into our operating model.
  • Data Protection Policy We collect only the personal data necessary for service delivery. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Ugandan law. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time.
  • Equal Opportunity Policy We do not discriminate against clients, partners, students, or staff on the basis of gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other characteristic. All individuals are assessed on merit and treated with dignity and respect.
  • Transparent Pricing Policy All fees and costs are clearly communicated in written proposals before any work begins. No hidden charges. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before additional costs are incurred.
  • Intellectual Property Policy Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for their project. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Training & Internship Policy All training programmes and internship placements are conducted in a structured, supervised environment. Participants are provided with clear learning objectives, progress reports, and completion certificates. No participant is exploited as unpaid labour.
  • Compliance Policy Bouwen Legacy Limited is registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and operates in full compliance with Ugandan law, including tax obligations, labour regulations, and sector-specific requirements.
  • Grievance Policy Clients, students, or partners with a complaint may contact us via our Contact page or by email at info@bouwenlegacy.com. All complaints are acknowledged within 1 working day and resolved as quickly as possible.
