1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or services of Bouwen Legacy Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uganda. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bouwen Legacy Limited provides ICT services including web and software development, IT infrastructure and support, ICT training and digital skills programmes, digital marketing and SEO, cloud solutions and hosting, IT consultancy, e-commerce development, data management, emerging technology research, and hardware supply and integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are communicated in a written proposal or quotation before any work begins. Payment terms are as agreed in the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on unpaid accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the deliverables produced specifically for their project. Bouwen Legacy Limited retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Ugandan data protection law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bouwen Legacy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where terms have been breached.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
